About us
Black Tower Comics Group is a British team creating all kinds of content.
From classic British comic characters like the Iron Warrior, Dene Vernon and The Purple Hood, in both old and new stories,
to text books of true stories of The Strange and The Sinister. The Black Tower Comics Group aims to keep black and white British comic books alive.

Terry Hooper Scharf is the unpaid editor in chief, a British comics historian and creator.
He's the creator of Sergeant Wilderforce, D-Gruppe and Xengragon (among others).
He runs the ComicBitsOnline webpage and has been actively involved in British comics
and zines since the late 70's.

Joel Stransky and Pierre Labbat are co-creators of all kinds of stories - contributing to Black Tower for fun and are most at ease with Pulp Fiction.
​
BB Dilworth is an artist, writer and occasional editor. For him, there is nothing better than sitting down with a blank piece of paper and creating something new.
​
Keeping British comics going is the main aim and also keeping alive the memory of those old, great, classic characters of the British Golden and Silver Ages of comics.
